My Aradia Journey
Before I started pole dancing I could barely do a pull-up to save my life. After a few short months, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and I actually look forward to working out! I never had fitness goals before I started pole, but now I’m so excited to see which tricks and moves I can master next.
One of my goals this year was to put my polesilks up by myself & I have! (albeit somewhat sloppy knot ~ it’s my baby!)
